I wanted to reach out to you to let you know how appreciative I am dealing with Scott. When my husband Steve passed I was beyond grief. Scott was so kind and he took over what needed to be done. He walked me through what I needed to do one agency at a time and how to notify them and to transfer vital businesses into my name only. This was exceptionally difficult because the emotion of removing my husband's name from every document as if he didn't exist tore me apart, but with his kind words and compassion I was able to do everything that I was obligated to do legally. My grief was so deep (we were together 53 years) that I never thought to send a note of appreciation at that time.
Recently I wanted to make some changes and update my wishes legally and Scott was there again advising me to change my beneficiaries from Steve to my daughters Danielle and Michele and of course to add to my wishes to no life saving measures should I become terminal with no chance of survival. As you can imagine this was a difficult conversation and once again Scott was very kind and once again he was gentle and compassionate but realistic of what needed to be done legally.
Again I wanted you to know what a valuable asset Scott is as well as a great representation of your law firm. I should have sent a letter of appreciation 4 years ago, but I hope this will define Scott's character and compassion that is the essence of the man himself.
