Tasha was inspired to become an estate planning attorney while taking undergrad classes and her paternal grandparents passed away within three (3) days of each other, creating a succession of events that left her with a desire to learn more about how to help people with estate plans that would help them during their life and after their life by creating Will, Trusts, and Advance Directives.

Tasha obtained her law degree at our local law school, Ave Maria School of Law, in Naples, Florida. While there she pursued every opportunity to learn more about Estate Planning and completed a yearlong externship preparing estate planning documents for qualified clients of Habitat for Humanity in order to help them protect their new homes. After completing her law degree, she pursued a Master of Law degree (LL.M.) in Estate Planning and Elder Law to complete her education and focus her area of practice.

Tasha accepted employment with local attorneys, Jess W. Levins, and Scott A. Cummings, at Levins & Associates at the end of 2015. After approximately four (4) years, Tasha purchased the firm in March of 2019, which allowed Jess W. Levins to retire at the end of 2019, and the name of the law firm changed to the Warnock Law Group.
