Tina M. Dedrick has her Master of Law Degree (LL.M.) from the Heckerling Graduate Program in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law and whose practice focuses on estate planning, trusts, probate, and mediation. Tina received her Law Degree (JD) while at Ave Maria School of Law. She was president of the Estate Planning and Elder Law Association, Secretary of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity and received her certification in IRS VITA for Income Tax Assistance in 2013 and 2015. Tina received her Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Florida Gulf Coast University, magna cum laude. Tina became certified as a County Court Mediator in 2013 and continues to volunteer her time at the Lee County Courthouse. Tina is also certified in Family Mediation, Circuit Civil Mediation and Elder Care Mediation. She has been a resident of Florida since 1985. She recently moved from Naples to Cape Coral with her husband who is a physician in Lee County.
